Cancellations & Payment Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a 10% fee, while cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee. No-show bookings will be charged in full. All payments are due at the time of booking, and can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7 working days, minus any applicable charges. For any changes or rescheduling, requests should be made at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability and potential rescheduling fees.
